Install emacs on linux

Git clone .emacs.d from github into the newly installed wsl distro - https://github.com/arvydasg/.emacs.d/tree/master

In your wsl instance basically sh the file in MISC/ubuntu_wsl_emacs_29.1/compile-install-emacs.sh to do the emacs installation. Installing from source this way since 28.2 is required by denote and does not exist in ubuntu mirrors or w/e - https://unix.stackexchange.com/questions/6284/how-do-i-check-package-version-using-apt-get-aptitude emacs.
